It all began with my love of fashion as a young girl. I would watch makeover shows for hours at a time, marveling at every detail and soaking in the beautification process like a sponge. I dreamt of one day creating a fashion line, and making high fashion pieces. A few years later, I learned how to knit and began selling scarves, which was the birth of Wisdom Designs. “Wisdom” coming from the meaning of my name, Lauren.

Until the pandemic, I sold scarves to people in my community, church, and school at their request. Since then, much has changed about my style and interests. However, I still felt the Lord drawing me to design clothes. After many years of setbacks and design changes, I am amazed to see how these simple designs were what God had in store all along.
